FAQ - RUSH / URGENT ORDER

If you have an urgent order, follow the steps below to process it as quickly as possible:

For customers that HAVE already an active account

  1. Login, place your order and select:
    • As shipping method: if multiple options are available to you, "CIP Incoterms 2020 (with insurance)" or "CPT Incoterms 2020 (No Insurance)"
    • As payment method: if multiple options are available to you, credit card
    • As comment: "RUSH order"
  2. If you have missed adding the comment "RUSH order" on checkout, please send us an email

For customers that DON'T HAVE an account

  1. If you are not registered with the HTA Store, you must do so by filling out the form.
  2. Wait for the activation email. Then log in, place your order, and select:
    • As shipping method: if multiple options are available to you, "CIP Incoterms 2020 (with insurance)" or "CPT Incoterms 2020 (No Insurance)"
    • As payment method: if multiple options are available to you, credit card
    • As comment: "RUSH order"
  3. If you have missed to add comment  "RUSH order" on checkout, please send us an email
