How can I pay?
Once you have added the items to your cart, from your “Cart” page, click on “Check Out”. Check your shipping address and billing address. Select your Payment Method. If you have a discount code, you can apply it in the "Coupon Code" box and agree with Terms and Conditions. Finally, confirm your order by clicking on "PLACE YOUR ORDER".

Depending on your location, we accept the following types of payments: bank transfer and/or credit cards.
The following credit card are supported: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and China UnionPay.
Why am I asked to pay VAT? (Customer located in the European Union)
- Customers located in Italy: all Italian customers are required to pay VAT unless specific exemption applies.
- Customer located in the European Union (excl. Italy): sales into EU countries, with both shipping and billing address in the EU,are VAT-exempt only if your company is listed in V.I.E.S. (VAT Information Exchange System). If your company is not listed in V.I.E.S., you will have to pay Italian VAT at 22%.

Does your pricelist include local and federal taxes,VAT/GST and custom duties? (Customer NOT located in the European Union)
- Customer located in the USA. Our pricelist doesn’t include taxes and custom duties. Some of our products ship from Italy: therefore upon entering US territory you may be asked to cover for custom duties and taxies if applicable. If any is due, you will be required to pay them by UPS before product delivery.
- Customer located in other countries. Our pricelist doesn’t include VAT/GST,taxes and custom duties. Our products ship from Italy; therefore upon arrival you may be asked to cover for custom duties and taxies if applicable. If any is due, you will be required to pay them by UPS before product delivery.
