What do I need an account for?

You need an account to access the product catalog and check prices.

How can I order an item from HTA Store?

You just need to register at the online store, choose the items you want to order, add them to your cart and proceed to Checkout. We will inform you about the order status and once the order is ready to ship we will provide a tracking number.

How can I find items in your online store?

You need to login first, then:

  • If you know the Part Number or the description of the item you need, insert it in the “Search” area at the top of the page
  • If you are not sure about the part number of the item you need, select the appropriate category from the top menu to locate the correct item.

What can I do if I cannot find an item?

If you cannot find a certain item in our web shop, ask our staff. Our specialists will help you find the items you are looking for.

How can I see the price of an item?

You will be able to see the price of the items after registering at the HTA Store.

How can I get a quotation before making an order?

It is very easy: just add the items to your cart and then print the cart out by using the “print” function of your browser.

How can I add items to my cart?

You can add items to your cart only if you are a registered user. After searching and finding the items you want, you just need to click on “Add to Cart”.

How can I see the items in my cart?

You will be able to see your cart only if you are a registered user. You can click on the “Cart” icon at the top right corner of the website page to see all the items you added.

Can I edit the items in my cart?

Yes, you can by clicking on the “Cart” icon at the top right corner of the website. Your cart details will appear, and you will be able to modify item quantities. You can also remove unwanted items easily clicking on the “X” symbol.

Do you have any minimum or maximum purchase quantities?

We have minimum purchase quantities only for few items. In such cases, the minimum quantities are clearly stated in the information box “Additional Notes”, so that you can add to the cart only processable quantities.

Besides minimum purchase quantities, please not that we also require a minimum cart value before being able to place an order. The cart subtotal limit is EUR 150.

Is packaging included in my order?

Yes, packaging is always included.
