How can I set or modify the Shipping Address?
When you proceed to checkout you find the addresses you added when you registered in HTA Store. You can edit them by clicking on "edit" and selecting or inserting new ones.
Can you send the items to a delivery address different from the billing address?
Yes, we can, if the delivery address is in the same country.
Can I use my shipping account / carrier to receive my order?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
How do you ship your items?
We ship via UPS. We supply under CPT (Incoterms 2010).
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of the items you are purchasing and on the postal code to which the order will be shipped. If possible, the shipping cost will be calculated during order finalization, after entering the shipping address. Please note that:
- the charged shipping costs refer to deliveries to locations that are not inconvenient; inconvenient locations may require surcharges that will be communicated to you after processing your order
- for some locations it is not possible to provide shipping service: in this case it will be your responsibility to arrange shipping and send us the shipping carrier's details
How long does it take to get my order?
- Standard delivery times are indicated on the product page, if available. In all other cases, delivery times will be communicated after receipt of the order and pre-payment.
- Delivery times are expressed in business days. Business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays, as well as our office closures.
- In the case of pre-payment by credit card the execution of your order is immediate, whereas in the case of pre-payment by bank transfer the preparation of your order will only begin once the funds have been received in our bank account.
What if the items I have ordered have different delivery times?
They will be all shipped together in a consolidated shipment as soon as all of them are available.
